Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

The following Terms and Conditions are presented to enable customers to book a 60out Escape Room. By booking a 60out Escape Room, the customer acknowledges his/her complete acceptance, without exception, of the following terms and conditions:


A.1 – The prices displayed on our website are in USD, and rooms may differ in price depending on: time of day, day of the week, and the length of the time limit for the experience (e.g. A 75 minute experience would be more expensive than a 60 minute experience).

A.2 – When beginning the payment process online, the customer will be provided the option to pay in full or pay a deposit.

A.3 – All products/services not mentioned in the initial reservation will be billed in addition to the cost of the reservation(s).

A.4 – We reserve the right to request identification from customers who might potentially be minors.

A.5 – 60out Escape Rooms reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Although, services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the room is booked.


B.1 – All Bookings are submitted and processed in real time and are subject to availability. An order is only deemed as final when the customer receives a confirmation email from 60out Escape Rooms including their order number. The credit card submitted will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked or the amount of a deposit, depending on the customer’s choice.

B.2 – Cancellation Policy
According to our cancellation policy, a canceled booking will only be fully refunded if the game is canceled when there is greater than 24 hours until the customer’s scheduled appointment. However, if it’s less than 24 hours until the customer’s scheduled appointment, and the customer elects to cancel this appointment, we will assess a fee of $60, and the difference remaining will be refunded.

B.3 – 60out Escape Rooms’ Confidentiality Agreement certifies that all components, and puzzles of any 60out room are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates 60out Escape Rooms’ business interests.


C.1 – 60out Escape Rooms only accepts initial full-payments and deposits in the form of credit card, but will give the customer the option to pay in cash if they are paying a deposit with a credit card online and then the remaining cost of the booking (in cash) when they arrive.

C.2 –The booking system is completely self-sufficient and ran by 60out. A 3% booking fee will be added to the total of each game to allow us to sustain our backend system.


D.1 - Security of payment
60out Escape Rooms has entrusted its payment system (powered by stripe: to a professional and specialist in online payment security. We do not store any customer credit card information on our database.

D.2 – Personal data
By booking through, you consent to the use of your personal data necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. 60out Escape Rooms undertakes to only use this database for information purposes and commercial offers for 60out Escape Rooms, and not to distribute these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.


E.1 – For every booking there is a unique order number permitting the customer’s access to the experience.

E.2 – The customer will receive a booking confirmation via email that includes: the order number, the room booked, the date, location information, and the time of their reservation.


F.1 – 60out Escape Rooms does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement, puzzles, and casting of the game remain at the discretion of 60out Escape Rooms, and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.

F.2 – It is against 60out Escape Rooms’ policy and strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of halls and areas interconnecting the rooms. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or may lead to the eviction of the customers from the escape room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.

F.3 – Furthermore, it is forbidden to reproduce images, texts, logos or any other element which appears either on the 60out Escape Rooms’ web site, or in emails sent by 60out Escape Rooms.

F.4 – 60out Escape Rooms is a non-smoking environment.

F.5 – 60out Escape Rooms declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers.

F.6 – Alcohol is prohibited on any 60out Escape Rooms premises.

F.7 – 60out Escape Rooms reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

F.8 – A customer will be held responsible for any damages resulting from excessive and unnecessary force exerted during the experience. 60out Escape Rooms has the right to obtain the information of the participant(s) responsible, and will charge them for the cost damages, if necessary.


G.1 – We may provide information or offers to third party products/services on The terms and conditions of third party sites are independent of ours, and we therefore are not responsible or liable for any content or activities on any third party site. However, we do wish to maintain the upstanding of our site and are open to feedback about third party sites.


H.1 – CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. - See more at:
