West LA

Description

This is where it all began, our West LA venue is the original 60out location. Our first room ever, The Mystery of Senator Payne, set a benchmark for escape rooms in Los Angeles and the Casino Heist was also a big hit and allowed us to grow into the company we are today. If you’re feeling hungry, there are plenty of spots to grab a bite along Sawtelle Ave or Santa Monica Blvd.

60 Out is currently my "netflix binge" of escape rooms. My fiance and I have done all of them except P.U.T.I.N (in progress) and time after time they have shown to us their pride and work through excellent execution.

Senator Payne: We currently just did Mystery of Senator Payne and it flows so smoothly with puzzles that just make you go "WOW, this is so great!". The escape room is a little scary so maybe don't bring your kiddos. Going into the room, you are greeted by the office of a highly regarded senator and you must find a bill without getting caught....or worse....Our game master was Bobby and we got a nice greeting from Tommy. These dudes were top notch and made the experience that much more great!

Casino Heist: Talk about creative puzzles! There were puzzles in there that my fiance and I never seen before. We are always looking for new puzzles because after a while, many escape rooms can be repetitive. Mak our super star game master was funny, charming, and overall a gem in this company!

Thank you 60 Out, you did it once again!

Never tried the escape room scene--had to have the right group to go with and the right scenario.

Went tonight with my best buddies and tried the Casino Heist. We kept making Persona 5 references, and our Game Master, Jared, joined in on the hype train! He was very fun to chat with and just a great person in general.

The game itself was a blast!! They set up a great mission which evolved into an energetic story we played through. I loved the linear puzzle-solving. The atmosphere immersed us--the elements in the rooms felt convincing without being too distracting.

They allow endless hints, so long as the whole team agrees on getting one. We ended up asking for one hint (which we used only because we reached the 45 minute mark).

Jared congratulated us on our 50-minute finish and genuinely cheered for us as he watched.

Altogether, this experience was a wholesome one! I highly recommend this place for first-timers, those who want a challenge, and folks who aren't into the scary escape rooms.

My very first escape room experience and now I see why everyone loves it! We did the Casino room with 4 people, and we didn't feel too crowded in the rooms at all. The puzzles were clever and solving puzzles quickly in succession makes you feel like a genius. Taylor, our game master, was really...

My very first escape room experience and now I see why everyone loves it! We did the Casino room with 4 people, and we didn't feel too crowded in the rooms at all. The puzzles were clever and solving puzzles quickly in succession makes you feel like a genius. Taylor, our game master, was really awesome! He was energetic his acting was on point and really got us into the story of the room from the onset.

I'm looking for clues everywhere in real life with dismay, since secret doors and keys don't seem as prevalent in the real world. Can't wait to do another escape room!
